Delivery Policy
Effective 16 September 2026
Where. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship abroad.
Cost. Delivery is free. The price you see, £89 per pair, is all you pay.
When. We deliver within 5 working days of the confirmation call. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. On the call we agree a delivery day with you.
How. Your order is delivered by a courier to the address you gave us. Payment is made to the courier on delivery, by card or in cash. Please have the exact amount ready if paying in cash.
If you are not in. The courier will try to contact you on the number you gave. If delivery cannot be made, we will call to arrange a second attempt. After two failed attempts we may cancel the order.
Checking the goods. You may open the case and inspect the frame before paying the courier. If it is not what you ordered or is damaged, refuse it and nothing is owed.
Delays. If we cannot deliver within 5 working days we will tell you and agree a new date. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of confirmation you may cancel and nothing is owed.
