Who is responsible for your data

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number 04160361.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- your name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- delivery address;
- your chosen payment method on delivery (card or cash);
- anything you write in the order note.
We do not collect card numbers or any payment details. Payment is made to the courier when the frame is delivered.
When you contact us we keep the correspondence.
The site stores the contents of your bag in your browser. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the order form.
Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not send marketing emails and we do not use your data for profiling or advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our courier, who receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the order.
- Our email provider, which processes the order emails.
- Professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not transfer it outside the United Kingdom, except where a service provider stores it under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records: six years after the order, as required for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 12 months. Bag contents: in your browser only, until you clear it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable form. To use any right, email contact@sadeze.com. We respond within one month.
You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
Data is stored on password-protected systems with access limited to the people who fulfil orders. The site is served over HTTPS.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
