Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective 16 September 2026
1. Who we are
Sadeze is a trading name of Mighty Agency, a sole trader business run by Terry Crome at 17–18 Great Pulteney Street, London W1F 9NE, United Kingdom. Phone +44 20 7993 2959. Email contact@sadeze.com.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "Sadeze" mean that business. "You" means the person placing an order.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every order placed through sadeze.com. By submitting an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. The product
We sell one frame, Sadeze, in three colours: Sadeze Black, Sadeze Red and Sadeze Blue. Each pair is supplied as described on the page called The frame. Product images are as accurate as screens allow; small colour differences are possible.
Sadeze glasses have clear, non-prescription lenses with a UV400 coating. They have no optical power and do not correct vision. They are not sunglasses and not safety eyewear. See Product Safety and Care.
4. Price
The price of each pair is £89. This is the total price. There is no delivery charge within the United Kingdom and nothing is added at checkout. We do not run sales or discounts.
If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and tell you before delivery.
5. How an order is made
- You choose a colour and add it to your bag.
- You complete the order form with your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and preferred payment method on delivery.
- You submit the form. This is an offer to buy.
- We call you within one working day to confirm the order, the address and a delivery window. The contract is formed when we confirm the order on that call, and we send a written confirmation by email.
We may decline an order, for example if we cannot reach you, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if stock has run out. If so, no contract is formed and nothing is owed.
6. Payment
Payment is made on delivery only, to the courier, by card or in cash. We do not take payment online and we never ask for card details on the site, by email or by phone.
If you refuse the delivery or are not available after we have agreed a delivery window with you, we may treat the order as cancelled.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free. We aim to deliver within 5 working days of the confirmation call. If we cannot meet that date we will tell you and agree a new one. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of confirmation you may cancel and nothing is owed.
Full details are in the Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to you. Ownership passes when you have paid the courier.
8. Your right to change your mind (14-day cancellation)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel this contract for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods.
To cancel, tell us clearly by email to contact@sadeze.com, by phone on +44 20 7993 2959, or by using the Cancellation Form. You may cancel before or after delivery.
If you cancel after delivery you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return postage. The goods must be unworn, undamaged and in the original case. You may handle them as you would in a shop to check they suit you; if you use them beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Because you pay on delivery, a refund is only due where you have paid the courier. We refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, by bank transfer to an account you give us, or by another method you agree to.
9. Faulty goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
The goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
- within 30 days of delivery you may reject them for a full refund;
- after 30 days and within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that fails;
- we pay return postage for faulty goods.
Contact us at contact@sadeze.com with your order number and photos of the fault.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Your information
We use your personal data only to fulfil your order, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, email contact@sadeze.com. We reply within two working days.
We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and we do not use one. You may also seek advice from Citizens Advice.
13. General
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order. If any part of these terms is found invalid the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings there.
